SERASYNTH® MESH BR Pocket

SERASYNTH® MESH BR Pocket is an absorbable surgical implant intended for use as a temporary surgical support and for
bridging and/or strengthening body structures.

The ready-made mesh pocket can be used in a pre-pectoral, implant-based breast reconstruction. The pocket can be affixed directly to the pectoralis major muscle or to its fascia so that the muscle does not have to be detached from the thorax. The front of the implant, which faces the skin, is completely covered with mesh material, while the back is only about half covered. (see illustration)
