LAVA-Repair® is a cosmetic cream with PHMB (polyhexanide) and urea for the intensive care of irritated, dry and heavily stressed skin. LAVA-Repair® supports the natural moisture-retaining ability of the skin, thus contributing to healthy skin flora. This helps the skin stay resilient and able to maintain its natural protective function.
The cream contains the preservative PHMB (polyhexanide) to keep it germ-free and safe to use. Urea keeps the skin supple and elastic. The skincare cream is quickly and completely absorbed by the skin and supports the regeneration of the natural skin barrier.
LAVA-Repair® is dermatologically tested. The cream is well tolerated as it contains no perfume or colourants.
Possible uses
- To care for irritated, dry and heavily stressed skin
- Around wounds and on scars
- As skincare for people with a weakened immune system (e.g. from chemotherapy or radiotherapy)
- To protect against rhagades (fissures), e.g. due to polyneuropathy or diabetic polyneuropathy
- Suitable for aftercare following wound closure (regeneration phase)
- Helps protect the skin from moisture-associated skin damage caused by urine, bowel movements or exudation, for example
Recommended use
Apply a thin layer of cream to your skin once or twice a day and massage in. LAVA-Repair® can be used in the skin’s regeneration phase following wound closure as well as beforehand as a preventive measure. LAVA-Repair® can be applied after using LAVANID® wound irrigation solution (wash the area of the skin beforehand).
